Booking policy

• The appointment MUST be for a medically diagnosable condition otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.
  

• The Healee MUST book the appointment for themselves unless they are:
  • a child aged 17 or under (must be booked by a parent)
  • unconscious or in hospital (must be booked by a family member)
  • someone who doesn't have capacity to book for themselves (must be booked by Power of Attorney)

• The Healee MUST be present on the zoom call unless they are unconscious or hospitalized. A representative cannot attend on the Healees behalf.

• The Healee MUST attend the zoom call alone unless the Healee is a child. Children (17 and under) should attend with a parent.

• Schedule only ONE appointment on our calendar at a time to ensure there are enough appointments for everyone. If more than one appointment is scheduled or more than 3 within a 6 month period, the additional appointments will be cancelled.

• *** Allowing time for the profound effects of this healing to unfold is important. Scheduling an immediate follow-up session is investing in the belief that your session was not enough or was ineffective. Trust in your body's ability to heal completely. It can happen in an instant after just ONE healing session. For some, it may take weeks or months to feel the complete shift after that one sesssion.

• CANCEL your appointment at least 24 hours before, if you are unable to attend. If you do not show up for your appointment, no further coherence healings can be booked unless there was a serious emergency.

Photo Requirements

Please get a photo ready of the Healee that meets our Photo Requirements before you book the appointment.

• The photo MUST be in JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF or TIFF format. We cannot use HEIC or PDF files.
• The photo should be clear so we can see your face and not too dark.
• The photo should be from the shoulders up showing your eyes. No sunglasses. No other persons or pets visible. No full body photos.
• The photo should be from a time you were healthy, happy and smiling if possible. If that's not possible you can choose a photo of yourself that you really love.

Your appointment will be cancelled if your photo does not meet these requirements.

We share your photo with our healers on our private restricted telegram group and we use your photo on screen during the Coherence Healing. For more information see our Privacy Policy.
